Rooman Chaudhry decided to follow their families’ footsteps by getting into Real Estate and Construction.
After arriving in Winnipeg in 2009, they started investing in single-family homes. They dabbled in renovations and new construction and begun building a long-term portfolio. They soon realized that there was a shortage of modern and affordable housing in Winnipeg which led them to direct their focus to that area. Unlike larger construction companies, they developed multi-family and single-family detached homes.
They maintained a healthy growth pace and that has led them to develop a strong system of checks and balances.
